Gluten Free Pancake or Waffle Recipe


  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 3 Tbsp almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp gluten free flour (almond flour recommended)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp sea salt



Melt your honey and coconut oil in a saucepan on low so that they liquefy. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, almond milk, the honey and coconut oil mixture, and whisk together well. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk it all up.

Now you choose: pancakes or waffles?

These pancakes/waffles are delicious. Although they are not as fluffy as the traditional flour-filled kind, they come close. The added spices help balance your breakfast so that your body will feel more satisfied.
